PoinsettiaApartment #3 is in the original home at Poinsettia. It was made into two villa apartments called the residence. Residence # 3 is directly below #2 – just above the pool and below the roof top terrace which can be seen from the large windows looking out over the pool.
Cool and spacious #3 is perfect for families and friends, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living area and kitchen dining for four. Extra beds can be added on request. The rates are very affordable and great value. The units are fully self contained with all facilities of a home, including washer and dryer.
