The St. Lucia George F. Charles Vigie Airport is a 5-minute drive away, and so is Vigie Beach. The Prime Minister’s residence is almost next door. The St. Lucia Deepwater Harbour at Point Seraphine and Ganters Bay are all within walking distance of Poinsettia Villa Apartments, as is the Alliance Francaise. The Venezuelan, French, and Mexican Consulates are located in Vigie in a historic building now called Casa. Here you will find a hairdresser salon, Mag’s Unisex Hair & Body Care Shop and a quaint cafe called “Friends”, famous for its delicious Roti and Caribbean cooking. There are excellent restaurants like the Coal Pot. The Supermarkets are also near the local Fisheries. There are several schools, a football field, and a duty-free shopping centre close to the rental villa apartments and townhouses.
Taxi service, car rental companies, and bus transport are readily available to all tenants of the villa apartments. The Poinsettia office will be pleased to help you with any information you may need. All our St. Lucia Apartment Rentals require a full month’s deposit, which is refunded at the end of the lease, less any damages to the apartments or property.

SMOKING POLICY
